You can store pupil details in the spreadsheet, including names, class, SEND information and MidYIS or FFT scores, but you do not copy that identifiable information into the GPT.

We take pupil data protection very seriously, The data you copy into the GPT is anonymised so pupils are referred to only by student number, not name. You add names afterwards in your final documents.
