Huge cybersecurity lesson bundle

Built around the growing focus on data manipulation, AI and digital literacy.

"Your resources are so good, I can't stop talking about them.

What you get

Everything in this bundle is fully planned, editable and ready to teach, so you can start using them straight away.

Spreadsheet Superpowers

Spreadsheet Superpowers

(6 lessons, usually £52)

A practical spreadsheet unit that builds real confidence with Excel through clear modelling and relatable scenarios. Pupils learn how to organise data properly, use formulas and functions to answer questions and present findings clearly with charts. It finishes with a realistic client brief so pupils apply everything they have learned and you get assessable outcomes without extra planning.

Data visualisation

Data Visualisation

(6 lessons, usually £52)

A classroom-ready unit that takes pupils from quick surveys to confident conclusions, with a strong focus on accuracy, fairness and decision making. Pupils design a five question Google Forms survey, collect responses then clean the dataset using simple rules before choosing suitable graph types and spotting misleading graphs. In Lesson 5, pupils use NotebookLM to generate an infographic from their cleaned data then check it for accuracy against the real dataset.

Introduction to Boolean logic

Introduction to Boolean Logic

(3 lessons, usually £30)

A modern introduction to AND, OR and NOT using recommendation systems so logic feels relevant, not abstract. Pupils test true or false conditions against a games dataset, design logic circuits then translate them into clear plain-English rules. They then build a simple recommendation system using spreadsheet filters and IF statements, checking results carefully and debugging when a rule does not behave as expected.

Digital forensics

Digital Forensics

(6 lessons, usually £52)

A story-driven investigation unit where pupils work like a forensic team, sorting evidence from noise, interpreting logs and building a timeline they can defend. Pupils import evidence into Excel, format timestamps, filter and sort data, spot patterns across datasets and learn why screenshots and rumours are not enough. Along the way they explore social engineering, 2FA pitfalls, IP vs MAC addresses and evidence integrity including hashing and exhibit records.

Everything is ready to use, easy to adapt and designed to save you time and for 48 hours only you can get all four units for just £59, saving you £127.

Created by a teacher who understands the pressure

I’m Nicky, a qualified computing teacher and former head of department and I know how quickly curriculum changes can turn into one more heavy thing on an already full plate.

Right now, we’re heading towards a refreshed curriculum and reformed GCSEs. The Department for Education’s Curriculum and Assessment Review has already recommended a stronger, balanced emphasis on coding, data science, artificial intelligence and digital literacy so pupils can use technology safely and effectively.

BCS and Computing at School (CAS) have also highlighted the need for a stronger focus on essential digital literacy including using technology safely, effectively and with critical awareness.

That is why I create clear, ready-to-teach units that save you time and help pupils build the data skills that are about to matter more than ever, including collecting, cleaning, analysing and presenting data honestly.

My resources have supported over two million teachers worldwide so you can trust you’re getting high-quality materials that are structured, accurate and classroom-friendly.

Greate resources, thank you very much

Frequently Asked Questions

Not sure if it is right for your class? Let me help you decide with clear answers to your biggest questions.

Is this bundle suitable for KS3 or GCSE?

This bundle is designed for KS3. It gives you a clear pathway from Year 7 to Year 9 and it also builds the foundations pupils will need later for GCSE, especially around data handling, logic and digital literacy.

What exactly is included in the bundle?

You get 4 complete units (21 lessons): Spreadsheet Superpowers (6 lessons), Data Visualisation (6 lessons), Introduction to Boolean Logic (3 lessons) and Digital Forensics (6 lessons).

Are the resources editable?

Yes, almost everything is fully editable. The PowerPoint presentations, lesson plans and worksheets are editable so you can adapt for your classes. For Digital forensics, the evidence files are provided as fixed evidence so pupils are all working from the same dataset, but the teaching materials around them are still editable.

Do I need specialist knowledge to teach this?

No. The lessons are structured with clear explanations and step-by-step activities, so you can teach them with confidence even if you are not a computing specialist. If you are a specialist, you’ll still appreciate the modern contexts and the time saved.

Do I need Excel or can I use Google Sheets too?

The bundle is designed to use Excel and Google tools so pupils build transferable skills. Some activities are shown in Excel for clarity, but the concepts and tasks translate well across both platforms.

Do pupils need access to NotebookLM?

Yes for Lesson 5 of Data visualisation, where pupils use NotebookLM to generate an infographic from their cleaned dataset then check it for accuracy. If your school cannot access NotebookLM, you can swap this for a manual infographic task using the same verified data.

Can I teach the units in a different order?

Yes. The suggested order is Year 7 spreadsheets, Year 8 data visualisation then Year 9 Boolean logic and digital forensics, but you can dip in and rearrange to fit your timetable.
